Subscriptions
Free shipping, every delivery.
Every subscription order ships free, arrives every 25 days and saves 10%. Skip, pause or cancel online at any time — changes made at least 3 days before your next dispatch apply to that order.
Returns
Returns & refunds.
For safety and quality reasons we don't accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, even if the tub is unopened. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after 12pm ship the next business day.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, until your order is dispatched. Contact us with your order number and the new address.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. ILURA currently ships within Australia only.
