Mix 1 scoop with 200–250 mL of water or other beverage of choice. Consume immediately. One serve daily, or as directed by your health professional. Can also be mixed on top of your favourite food.
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not use if safety seals are broken.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Drink plenty of water. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems.
